Designed for individuals and families seeking a simpler, more affordable way to maintain their oral health, this plan unlocks year-round savings and essential preventive services without the hassle of deductibles or claims.

OUR IN HOUSE CARE PLAN INCLUDES:

2 set of x-rays (FMX or 4BW and 2PA’s)
2 Exams (periodic oral evaluation)
2 Cleanings (prophylaxis)
20% OFF Treatments (*not Including Implants, Ortho, In Office whitening.)

*NOT ELIGIBLE FOR 20% OFF UNDER CARE PLAN:

(You have 12 months to use your benefits, so we recommend scheduling your appointments in advance, as our calendar tends to fill up quickly.)

Yes my teeth are not great but I won’t go to another dentist. Dr. Mantena is so skilled at these procedures. He’s precise, quick and reasonably priced.
